Naoko Takahashi ❘ Founder
Born in 1988, Naoko studied architecture at Showa Women's University while studied in Shanghai for a year. Naoko worked at architectural firm after graduation, Where she involved in a variety of projects including buildings, hotel and etc.
Founded CUMIN in 2023.
1988年生まれ。昭和女子大学生活環境学科で建築学を専攻し、在学中に上海での留学を経て2011年卒業。卒業後は組織及びアトリエ系設計事務所に勤務し、多様なプロジェクトに携わる。
2023年にCUMINを設立。

Sei Hikosaka ❘ Co Founder
Sei studied architecture at Nagoya Institute of Technology. After a year of living in seaside towns in Japan and overseas, such as Toyohashi and Bali of Indonesia, and becoming passionate about traveling and surfing, he studied in architecture(ME) from Nagoya Institute of Technology. After graduating, he worked at architectural firm, and was responsible for a variety of projects both in Japan and abroad. He specializes in architecture, graphics, and other general design.
名古屋工業大学で建築を専攻。卒業後、豊橋やインドネシアなどの国内外の海辺の街に移り住み、旅とサーフィンに熱中した1年を経て、名古屋工業大学大学院博士前期課程工学研究科に入学し建築学を専攻。卒業後は組織設計及びアトリエ系設計事務所に勤務し、国内外の多様なプロジェクトを 担当。建築、グラフィック、その他のデザイン全般を専門とする。
Shohei Ono
Born in 1995, Shohei grew up in the US and Japan. He graduated from Alfred State College of New York with a degree in economics. he worked for overseas sales planning and managing events such as exhibitions at a marketing support company, including branding and promotion planning. After his tenure at there, Shohei moved trading company where he is in charge of trading work related to raw material procurement, mainly in Southeast Asia, and is responsible for domestic and international customers. Based on his experience in market research and marketing, he specializes in branding and negotiating with domestic and international clients. Joined Cumin in 2024.
1995年生まれ。幼少期をアメリカで過ごし日本に帰国し、高校卒業後アメリカのAlfred State Collegeで経済学の学位を取得。卒業後、ブランディング及びプロモーション企画などのマーケティング支援企業での展示会等大型イベント企画運営の海外営業での経験を経て、大手商社に入社。海外営業として東アジア圏を中心としたエリアでの、原料調達に関わるトレーディング業務を担当し国内外の顧客を担当。市場調査及びマーケティングの経験を基としたブランディング及び国内外のクライアントとの渉外業務を専門とする。2024年よりCUMINに参加。
Makoto Assunção
Born in 1997, Makoto grew up the US as a child and returned to Japan. She returned to the US for high school and graduated Summa cum laude from Cornell College with a degree in economics and computer science. She is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (ODE), the School of Economics and Business Administration's global International Honor Society, and she received the Charles M. Cochran Award. After graduating, she worked as a research analyst at global financial services company, where she primarily supports the IR and SR departments of companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Joined Cumin in 2024.
1997年生まれ。幼少期をアメリカで過ごし、日本に帰国。高校から再びアメリカに留学し、Cornell Collegeで経済・経営とコンピューターサイエンスの学位を最優秀の成績で取得。在学中は経済・経営学部の優等生協会Omicron Delta Epsilon（ODE）に所属し、Charles M. Cochran賞を受賞。卒業後はグローバル金融サービス企業でリサーチ・アナリストとして勤務し、東証一部企業のIRやSR部門のサポート業務に従事。2024年よりCUMINに参加。
